2019

There are charities working to help people climb out of poverty across the world that not many of us hear about. Organisations helping communities receive education, safe water, healthcare and livelihood support whose work can go unnoticed if we don’t document it. People whose stories of resilience, transformation and hope are left untold if we don’t share them with you.

We have been Taking Pictures and Changing Lives by raising awareness and funds for charities for 10 years. 2019 marked our 10th anniversary giving us a great reason to celebrate. But the real reasons for celebration are the larger the ever number of charities we’re working with. Our growing team of local photographers; the huge amount of money raised to help people living in poverty and the incredible people we’ve met in 2019.

Join the celebrations with the highlights of 2019 and see the impact Taking Pictures, Changing Lives is having across the world.

As featured in…

We tell you that our photographs are being used to raise money, spread awareness and help charities around the world reach people in need. Well, here’s some proof of our pictures in action.

See the work of our talented photographer Jean on Lemonaid’s website and see his trip to Rwanda through his eyes.

Five Talents have been using our photographs for 10 years. Their website now showcases photographs from 3 of our photographers.

Bizi and Adam’s photos were featured in an exhibition at Sea Containers Building on London’s South Bank.

The video on Deki’s new website is entirely made up of footage that Adam has shot for www.deki.org.uk over the last 6 years. All photos are also from Adam’s trips.

At the start of 2019 Plant Your Future launched a new website with photographs from Adam’s trip to Peru.

We designed a new website for LAMB Health, featuring Adam’s photos taken in Bangladesh in November 2019.

Child Action Lanka also have a new website featuring Adam’s photos taken for them in Sri Lanka in the last 8 years.

Mussa & Bizi worked with Compassion International early in 2019, read the trip story and see their photos.

Adam was interviewed for an article in the print magazine People’s Friend.

Securing a future for Taking Pictures, Changing Lives

As we work towards securing our future, we need to keep raising money to recruit photographers, videographers and writers across the world to support more charities who need our help.

We are planning our next crowdfunding campaign and working towards being able to receive charitable donations – which will be a huge and exciting step for us! Keep a look out for the 2020 crowdfunding campaign we’ll be releasing soon and please share it with as many people as possible!
